R19-42848 is a conventional relative maturity 5.2 high-yielding soybean germplasm with drought tolerance. R19-42848 has a determinate growth habit, purple flower color, gray pubescence, and tan pod walls. From 2020 to 2023, it had an average grain yield of 67.9 bu ac-1, which is 93% of the checks’ mean. Under drought conditions, the average grain yield was 38.9 bu ac-1, which is 98.1% of the checks’ mean. The seeds have a buff hilum color, an average size of 13.8 grams per 100 seeds, and contain 35.2% protein and 18.4% oil, respectively.
Stress-resilient traits: stem canker and is an excluder for iron deficiency chlorosis.

R19C-1012 is a high-yielding, conventional relative maturity 4.6 soybean variety with flood tolerance at the V2-V4 growth stage. It has an indeterminate growth habit, purple flowers, gray pubescence, brown pods, and seeds with an imperfect black hilum. From 2019 to 2023, it had an average grain yield of 64.0 bu ac-1, which is 93 and 99% of the relative yield of the Xtend® and non-Xtend® checks, respectively. Under flooding conditions, it outperformed the checks with a relative yield advantage of +158%. The seeds contain an average of 35.8% protein and 19.1% oil on a dry basis, with a seed size of 12.9 grams per 100 seeds.
Stress-resilient traits: brown stem rot and stem canker, and it is tolerant to sulfonylurea herbicides and flooding during the early vegetative stage.

R16-45 is a relative maturity 5.6 conventional soybean germplasm with flood tolerance at early reproductive stages. Plants have determinate growth habit, white flower color, and buff hilum color. From 2017 to 2020, R16-45 showed high yield potential with an average yield of 61 bu ac-1 (95% of the checks’ mean). Six years of field evaluations for flooding tolerance showed that R16-45 is consistently tolerant to eight- to ten-day flooding stress at the R1/R2 growth stages (average flood damage score of 3.6 as opposed to 6.0 from the reference checks).
