The Science-Telling-About-Revolution (STAR) in Sensory Nudges Conference is a pioneering platform dedicated to exploring the transformative potential of sensory science in influencing human behavior, decision-making, well-being, and sustainability. By bridging science and application, this conference brings together researchers, product developers, chefs, marketers, and policy makers to delve into the power of sensory nudges, optimized sensory cues that encourage healthier, happier, smarter, and more sustainable experiences with food and non-food products. Building on the success of the 1st STAR in Sensory Nudge Conference (held online from October 19-21, 2022, with 21 speakers from seven countries and over 270 participants), the 2nd STAR in Sensory Nudge Conference will be held in-person in Fayetteville, Arkansas, offering an event more engaging and collaborative environment.
