The Science-Telling-About-Revolution (STAR) in Sensory Nudges Conference is a pioneering platform dedicated to exploring the transformative potential of sensory science in influencing human behavior, decision-making, well-being, and sustainability. By bridging science and application, this conference brings together researchers, product developers, chefs, marketers, and policy makers to delve into the power of sensory nudges — optimized sensory cues that encourage healthier, happier, smarter, and more sustainable experiences with food and non-food products. Building on the success of the first STAR in Sensory Nudge Conference (held online from October 19-21, 2022, with 21 speakers from seven countries and over 270 participants), the second STAR in Sensory Nudge Conference will be held in-person in Fayetteville, Arkansas, offering a more engaging and collaborative environment.

Let’s revolutionize how we think about sensory influence and its potential to shape a better future.
